What we collect
When you fill in the consultation form we collect the name, company, email, phone, message and workflows you choose, and the time you sent it. We use no advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
Why
Only to reply to you, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
Storage and protection
It is kept in an access-controlled database that only the people replying to you can open. When the enquiry ends without further work, you can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see, correct, stop the use of, or delete your data. Write to mbiksen@gmail.com and we will act promptly.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
